  • We developed the unique method of creating spherical fine particles, called SB series.
    SB series are made from many kinds of waxes and have been selling this products.
  • The SB series are micronized spherical particles (d50: under 1 µm ~ above 10 µm).
    We produce its powder to disperse as hard paste and liquids.
    SB series dispersion are available to use for many kinds of Printing Inks, and Paints as a additives. Also, the product can be added to the ink vehicle to make a paste.
  • The SB series are available to use for various purposes.
Characteristic:
  • Particles remain chemically stable and non reactive.
  • Particle size distribution can be controlled.
  • Melting point: ca. 80 to 200 degree C.
  • Optional: surface treatment (Hydrophilic/Hydrophobic, Fluidization)
